Organization for Differently Abled Rehabilitation & Empowerment

Rural Area Development Trust is a voluntary social service organization exclusively working the Rehabilitation of Handicapped, which started in 1991 at rented building at B.Dharamathupatty. Initially the programme was started with a mission identifying the disables and creating awareness about the disability in 10 remote villages. Ruadt first started in physically Handicapped children in 1996 with 17 children. We provide then all amenities like Transport, Food, Physiotherapy, Cloths, and Medical treatment-surgery with appliances. The children are studying in formal school.

  • To make rehabilitation service and physical environment accessible for the differently-abled and to those who are living in remote rural villages.
